About the Role
At Yuno, we are building a high-performance payment orchestrator that enables any company to accept all available payment methods and manage fraud detection and prevention through a single integration. We are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and help us shape the future of payments. This is a remote, full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading discussions with senior leadership regarding technical and product strategy, incidents, trade-offs, and risk management. They will also develop close relationships with customers to understand their business and operational needs, helping them achieve the greatest value from our products. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will work with developers and senior engineers to provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance, helping customers plan and build solutions that proactively drive application health.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols and API management tools. They will also be proficient in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API, Frameworks) and have expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js, etc.). Experience with integration processes and working with APIs is also essential. Fluency in English is required, and experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
