About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Health Account Manager to support clients in managing health-related accounts and addressing technical, financial, and account inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media, focusing on health-related accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Address issues such as account setup, verification, financial matters, and technical challenges in the health industry.
  • Account Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and insights for better healthcare management.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent, open communication.
  • Process Improvement: Offer feedback and suggestions to optimize internal processes and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in French (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (B1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the health sector
