Job Summary
">This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with Cisco Meraki's highest value customers, driving customer value and satisfaction. As a Cisco Meraki Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities and implementing solutions to meet their evolving needs.
">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to further develop customer relationships and ensure Meraki customers realize maximum value from their investment.
">The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with high-level management at customer businesses.
">Responsibilities

- Engage with customers/partners upon request to help with growth and long-term relationships, using our Customer Success program.">
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to understand the business relationship between clients and ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.">
- Work within the parameters of the established relationship to ensure the satisfaction and success of the accounts enrolled in the program.">
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and the different groups within our organization.">
- Effectively communicate with third parties such as partners and customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing.">
This role may require occasional travel.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.">
- Experience working with / exposure to Meraki technologies.">
- Understanding of basic networking technologies (e.g., VPNs, DNS, IP addressing, firewalls) and their impact on SaaS/cloud-based solutions.">
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.">
- Experience presenting to and working with high-level management in customer businesses.">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

">This role is based in Oeiras, Portugal, and may require occasional travel to other locations.
