Senior Sales and Technical Account Manager

This role is an excellent chance to join the sales team of a leading global IT company based in Athens, Greece.
As a Senior Sales and Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling, upselling, client retention, and renewal activities. You will manage client engagement via email and outbound phone calls, targeting both prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads (not closing deals).
- Client Engagement: Analyze client business needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Educate clients about Cloud products and services, highlighting upgrades and features.
- Troubleshooting: Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience is required. Familiarity with IT products, Cloud software, and CRM systems is preferred.
Technical Skills:Familiarity with applications, internet browsers, and Cloud services is essential. A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy is also required.
Educational Background:A diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field is necessary.
