Senior Sales and Account Development Manager

The Games Workshop company is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Sales and Account Development Manager in Barcelona. This role requires full proficiency in Dutch, English, and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian, or Czech.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that independent retailers have the right product range in stock by conducting regular stock checks and reorders.
- To advise retailers on the best products to suit their business needs, maximizing sales opportunities.
- To build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- To identify opportunities to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Full proficiency in Dutch, English, and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian, or Czech.
- Current driver's license.
Benefits:

- Working hours: 40h per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (depending on your territory).
Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
