Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce/Digital Analyst to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering regional ecommerce reporting, analysis and recommendations in line with the stated business objectives and regional content optimisation plan.
You will have a proven commercial experience with data, analysis and web analytics packages tools, and extensive experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in a commercial setting. You will also have strong experience in dashboard presenting platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio) and ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determining region's ecommerce goals and KPIs utilizing group client initiatives such as the Digital Maturity Model.
- Utilizing the Group client reporting and existing reporting tools to provide a robust set of regional reporting templates and dashboards to communicate our ecommerce performance back to the region on a monthly basis.
- Transforming ecommerce data into actionable insights through in-depth ecommerce analysis including areas such as category performance and key journey conversion.
- Working closely with digital colleagues across the region to advise and support on various ecommerce related reporting matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven commercial experience with data, analysis and web analytics packages tools.
- Extensive experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in a commercial setting.
- Strong experience in dashboard presenting platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio).
- Experience working with and implementing GA4 would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.
