We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a global leader in the hospitality industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and experience.


The role of the Travel Sales Consultant will be to advise customers by phone before, during, and after their business trips, ensuring they receive tailored travel offers based on their needs and preferences. You will also handle booking changes and other customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.


To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
  • A good command of English.
  • A passion for travel and general geography skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, a team spirit, and empathy.
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service/call center over the phone (preferred).


In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect:

  • A temporary, renewable contract for 12 months.
  • Full-time working hours (40h/week; 5 days/week) from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.
  • A competitive salary package, including:
    • a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1033.90 gross/month.
    • b) Excluding accommodation: €1398.39 gross/month.
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
  • Airport pick-up.
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc., upon arrival.
  • Private healthcare available from contract signature.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
