The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team. You will be working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, while developing your skills and expertise in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support in Japanese.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and products to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Native or proficient level of Japanese (C2).
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.
