This is a high-profile Visual Design Lead position that involves conceptualizing and executing visually impactful design solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Presentation Design and a proven portfolio.
The role requires collaboration with content creators, web designers, campaign managers, and other team members to deliver outstanding results. A successful candidate will be able to communicate ideas effectively, think creatively, and stay up-to-date with industry leading software and technologies.
Job Description
The Visual Design Lead will be responsible for:
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to production;
- Presenting and explaining designs and key deliverables;
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards;
- Developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for advertisement campaigns;
- Adapting agency concepts to different formats and channels;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of tenure as a Teleperformance Employee;
- A higher education degree in Graphic Design;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Proven graphic designing experience with a focus on Presentation Design;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or other recent design software;
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality;
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas;
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry leading software and technologies;
- Problem-solving skills and creativity;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies;
