About the Job
">We are seeking an IT Technical Support Technician for a hybrid project in Porto (2x/week). The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience as a Support Technician with expertise in hardware and software support, including MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment (Cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smart pass, Active Directory.
">The successful candidate will be Microsoft tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft technology and products (Excel, Windows, Outlook). Additionally, they should have knowledge of networking and security, understanding the importance of IT Security and Cyber Security in a corporate environment.
">Key Responsibilities
">This role involves IT support in a large-scale end-user environment, working by procedures and tickets. Responsibilities also include warehouse, stocks control, logistics, and back-office tasks.
