We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Professional - German Speaker to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing relationships with new and existing customers through telephone and email communications;
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the small and medium business (SMB) space;
  • Collaborating with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their business goals;
  • Gathering feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our advertising products.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Native fluency in German and a good command of English (B2 level or higher);
  • A high school diploma or bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably with online marketing products;
  • A strategic mindset and drive for excellence and professionalism;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse nationalities.

Benefits of joining our team include:

  • A fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of renewal;
  • A competitive salary package, consisting of:
  • €1,633.89 gross per month + bonus up to €1,267.00 gross per quarter (including accommodation),
  • €1,905.92 gross per month + bonus up to €1,267.00 gross per quarter (without accommodation);
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company;
  • Reimbursement of initial flight costs, pick-up from the airport, annual return ticket, and assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account upon arrival.
