We operate a global network of Customer Contact Centers, working together to create the ultimate customer experience for drivers of our vehicles and supporting retail and logistics organizations. Our team of over 1000 colleagues is dedicated to delivering personalized solutions and resolving complex issues efficiently.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Responding to email complaints and enquiries, making outbound calls to customers and Mercedes-Benz authorized dealerships, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement customer-focused initiatives and programmes, and proactively looking out for patterns and trends to prevent recurring issues.
  • Escalating complex issues to the right people, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual fluency (written and spoken) in both Dutch & French.
  • Professional-level communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • IT literacy with experience using customer support software and CRM systems.
