As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling complex claims, managing vendor and litigation relationships, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities**Managing complex claims handling enquiries, coverage determinations, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessments within authority limits.Providing high-quality customer service and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.Working closely with Team Managers and Senior Adjusters to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on complex claims.Communicating with internal stakeholders as necessary and striving for continuous improvement in claim file handling through feedback and support from Quality Assurance Review processes.Maintaining best practice procedures for Complex claims consistent with global best practices.Demonstrating technical claims competence for handling moderate to complex claims.**Requirements**Claim Manager experience in insurance, specifically in Property and Financial Lines Claims departments.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law.Fluent English language skills.Experience in stakeholder management, both internal and external.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and procedural guidelines.Results-driven individual with capacity to work in a changing industry landscape.Excellent attention to detail and good time management and prioritization skills.
