Job Title: Multilingual Gaming Expert
\About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multilingual Gaming Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
\Description: As a Multilingual Gaming Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to gamers worldwide. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring an overall positive gaming experience.
\Responsibilities:

- Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone calls\
- Resolve technical issues related to our gaming platform\
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services\
- Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution\
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure seamless customer experiences\
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction\
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth\
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement\
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and changes to regulatory requirements\
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, as set by management\

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (gaming industry experience preferred)\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues\
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines\
- Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM) and helpdesk tools (desired)\

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends (as needed)\
