Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and diaries with precision, creating win-win situations for every meeting and operating across multiple time zones with flexibility.
  • Address subjects proactively, presenting timely solutions and maintaining excellent documentation skills to record decisions, action items, and circulate them to attendees.
  • Organize events, including logistics, offsites, supplier setup, invoicing, and organizational support, while networking with internal and external teams.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in a legal department is preferred but not essential.
  • High-level expertise in software such as Microsoft 365 suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Planning and control: highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail: follow procedures and ensure accuracy in all documentation and data.
  • Teamwork: display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment, easily connect and talk with people on different levels.
  • Integrity/confidentiality: display discretion always, ensuring all sensitive data is kept completely confidential.
  • Resourcefulness: ability to be a problem solver and creative thinker.
