Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior HR/Seagoing Personnel, you will be responsible for creating a strategic HR plan, developing recruitment strategies and processes for all company departments, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will oversee crew administration processes and systems, manage team performance, and develop reports and analytics. Experience in crew administration, crewing operations, or a similar role in the maritime industry is essential. You will also be responsible for implementing training programs and managing crew records and documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and strong leadership and managerial skills, are required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with database systems are also necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in crew administration, crewing operations, or a similar role in the maritime industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience working with database systems.
