As an Instruments Logistics professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of instruments and accessories for Siemens Healthineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Italian. SAP knowledge, particularly in Module MM/FI and SD, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with customers and sales managers. Additionally, problem-solving skills, fast thinking, and a customer-oriented attitude are crucial for success in this role.

About the Role:

  • Review and validate customer orders for instruments and accessories
  • Conduct technical and administrative tasks to support service operations and delivery
  • Perform order management within our ERP system
  • Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide first-level user support
  • Act as an interface between customers and Siemens business units
