Cross Border Talents is seeking a skilled Content Moderator to join their team. This role involves reviewing live-streamed content in Spanish to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Spanish language skills and be able to evaluate reported videos and determine whether they violate content policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review live-streamed content in Spanish.
  • Evaluate reported videos for policy compliance.
  • Moderate user comments, appeals, and content titles/covers.
  • Ensure minors under the allowed age limit are not using the live-streaming function.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English (B2 level).
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
