About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operational Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategies & Operations GTM Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the Customer Success business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier management, risk management, procurement, service operations, or project management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a smooth operation of the Third-party risk management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively involve and inform all required stakeholders.
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and the supplier, guiding and supporting them throughout the process.
  • Track the status of risk assessments, communicate delays, and initiate escalations.
  • Prepare decision documents to support SAP's business in dealing with identified risks.
  • Steer the supplier performance review through questionnaires and internal interviews.
  • Support our Global Purchasing Organization during the supplier performance assessment.
  • Contribute to active knowledge exchange in the internal risk management community.
  • Quality check of supplier statement of work (SOW) in alignment with business and Global Procurement Organization.
  • Ordering process for external 3rd party consultants in SAP Fieldglass with adherence to internal policies.
  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders to reconcile necessary information.
  • Guide & advise Project Managers along the 3rd party process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent accreditation (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Supplier Management, Risk Management, Procurement, Service Operations, or Project Management Role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.
  • Highly energized, able to deliver excellent quality under deadline pressure.
  • Ensure compliant operational procedures under legal consideration.
  • Motivation to actively steer suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout a complex process.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and possess great communication skills.
  • Working experience within a cross-country working environment (preferred).
  • High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP's ERP system is a plus.
  • English language skills mandatory in oral and written, German language skills preferred.
