Job Description

Nestlé Sa is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Engagement Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via written channels (including social media) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Guide product users through features via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Share feedback and suggestions for feature improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written knowledge in French.
  • Advanced spoken and written knowledge in English.
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Familiarity with the Nestlé industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
