Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement process improvement initiatives in various program operations areas.
  2. Create and maintain reports and dashboards as required by Operations.
  3. Provide timely and accurate data/input/analysis to support Operations or Clients.
  4. Enhance and update daily and weekly reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  5. Develop and present weekly summaries, adapting content and design to reflect trends and insights.
  6. Analyze reports/presentations to identify trends, outliers, and issues.
  7. Collaborate with leadership to explain data trends and factors influencing those trends.
  8. Train the Leadership team on presentation, reports, data, analysis, and improvement needs.
  9. Assist Operations with special projects and tasks.
Requirements

  1. Excellent analytical skills.
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel.
  3. Good knowledge of SQL is essential.
  4. Prior experience with spreadsheet creation and detailed report generation.
  5. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  6. Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, databases (SQL, etc.), VBA, and Scripts.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work efficiently with stakeholders globally.
  9. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  10. Good written and spoken English.
