Transformation Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Strategist to join our Special Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in project management and data analysis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional project teams, defining and implementing project management tools and frameworks, and monitoring project plans. They will also collect reported metrics and feedback from other departments, prepare regular financial and management documents, and provide an aggregated view of the project portfolio.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An associate-level position with proven experience in similar roles, particularly in project management
• Outstanding academic performance with a Master's degree in Management, Economics, or another subject with relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to extract relevant data from various sources of information
• Familiarity with data analytics and ability to turn data insights into strategic actions
• Fluency in building visualizations of complex data sets
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
• Ability to present clear, structured, and logical thinking insights to C-level stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Michael Page offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
