Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategist to join our special projects team in the mobility sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Project management: Coordinate cross-functional project teams with senior project managers.
• Project planning and monitoring: Define and implement Project Management tools and frameworks to ensure smooth project execution and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Reporting and data analysis: Collect reported metrics and feedback from other departments, prepare regular financial and management documents, briefings, and updates, and provide a consolidated view of the project portfolio.
• Supporting management decisions: Deliver final reports and presentations, building a story and final recommendations, and support decision-making with relevant data insights.

To succeed as a Transformation Strategist, you should have:

• An associate-level position with proven experience in similar roles, particularly in project management.
• Outstanding academic performance with a Master's degree in Management, Economics, or another subject with relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Able to extract relevant data from various sources of information.
• Knowledgeable in data analytics to turn data insights into strategic actions.
• Fluency in building visualizations of complex data sets.
• Able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Able to present clear, structured, and logical thinking insights to C-level stakeholders.
• A structured and conceptual problem solver with a high degree of pragmatism.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting, and time management skills.
