**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapy business in Portugal. As a key member of our project management function, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of dedicated project managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and vendors, to ensure efficient allocation and utilization
- Coordinate overall project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, to meet project objectives
- Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Oversee project status, identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues as necessary
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers' project management policies, guidelines, and standards
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading project management in the diagnostic imaging and advanced therapy business
- Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging and therapy systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in software applications, including project management tools and Microsoft Office
