Our Mission

As an International Recruiting Intern, you will play a crucial role in powering our company's growth by sourcing and selecting talented individuals for our operational bases across Europe, North America, and Oceania.
The Role
You will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition process, from initial sourcing to final selection. This includes identifying qualified candidates using objective selection methods and technology, conducting online and phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while promoting the Indie Campers brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates with diverse profiles across Europe through various channels, including online sources, local networks, partnerships, social media, and referrals
- Identifying the most suitable candidates using data-driven approaches and cutting-edge recruitment tools
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future openings
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow professionally
