We are seeking a talented Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and elevating the customer experience throughout the customer's lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting customers through voice or digital platforms, identifying and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations;
  2. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through personalized communication by applying brand tone to every touch point and situation;
  3. Continuously learning and taking advantage of new knowledge and skills to provide expert-level support;
  4. Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing high-value customers through genuine interest and relevant offers;
  5. Analyzing data and identifying trends to enhance workflows and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to empathize and understand customer needs;
  • Native level of French and some fluency in English;
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset;
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
