About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone and/or chat.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide account and application support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
- Offer accurate and real-time answers to customer inquiries
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A high level of Portuguese (written and oral) / knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances
- Proficient PC skills
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
- The ability to operate in high-pressure situations
