About the Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador for Nespresso, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized and professional communication.
- Serve customers in inbound and outbound contacts via voice or digital platforms, identifying and responding to their needs and expectations.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction by applying brand tone to every touchpoint and situation.
- Use all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue.
Key Requirements
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service and sales expertise, with experience in B2C and/or B2B environments.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments utilizing multiple digital tools and software.
