About the Role:

The Senior Customer Analytics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and performing reporting related to the quote-to-cash process. This includes monitoring the AR process, developing team skills, and enhancing expertise through SAP S/4 HANA training.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regular meetings with the AR Process Area Lead
  • Actively participate in functional and technical training related to SAP S/4 HANA
  • Prepare QTC-related performance monitoring reports
  • Conduct regular analyses to assess financial performance and deliver reports that inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA ERP and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other similar tools
