About the Role:
- To provide exceptional customer service, welcoming clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- To be a Jncquoi ambassador, representing the brand's values and concept.
- To show, promote, and sell luxury brands and products, as well as cross-selling between Amorim Luxury Brands.
- To manage all purchases, returns, and exchanges, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- To continuously build and improve our CRM database with customer information and individual preferences, ensuring RGDP compliance.
- To manage store inventories and stock control, as well as visual merchandising.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales or related fields is essential.
- A deep focus on customer service and service standards is crucial.
- Sales technology support systems knowledge (Primavera & Sales Force) is required.
- You should be passionate about fashion and luxury retail.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy are necessary.
- A high level of personal organization and attention to detail is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a plus.
- Availability to work weekends and night schedules is necessary.
