We are seeking a skilled Customer Journey Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will analyze customer journeys using advanced tools like SAS, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and provide actionable insights that drive customer engagement.
  • Work with the Customer Experience Design team to design optimal customer journeys by providing insightful data points and analytics.
  • Monitor the impact and effectiveness of initiatives to improve the customer experience by designing, maintaining, and analyzing dashboards and reports.
  • Partner with internal teams to enable a cohesive and seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms such as SAS, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Innovative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to combine quantitative and qualitative data sources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Able to turn complex data into easy-to-understand insights and effectively communicate these findings to key stakeholders.
