Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Analyst Junior Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support with financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating accounting records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for the business to agreed deadlines as requested.
  • Assisting with audits and providing documentation and support as needed.
  • Supporting and preparing tax return filings (Corporate/VAT/local taxes, etc) and preparing necessary supporting documentation.
  • Preparing the full reconciliation of all balance sheets accounts on a monthly basis to ensure these are performed and any discrepancies are followed up and resolved in a timely fashion, in order to be approved by Accounting Financial Manager.
  • Supporting with the request for year-end accounting, auditing & statutory accounts processes ensuring accurate controls to meet both the requirements of Dawn Foods and Legal/Statutory bodies across all Country entities.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, reconciliation and control of the fixed asset register for the business on a timely basis in accordance with legislation, run monthly depreciation and ensure the reconciliation between asset module and accounting.
  • Supporting and preparing the bad debts according to local requirements and ensure the reconciliation between AR module and Accounting, in order to be approved by Accounting Financial Manager.
  • Supporting accounts payable and ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Supporting Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Responsibility for administrative functions within the finance department as identified by the Accounting Financial Manager.
  • Any other reasonable duties required.

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum

Depending on experience and qualifications, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.
