As a Technical Lead Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring seamless integration with development processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, extensive experience in test automation, and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software products that meet customer requirements
- Develop and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects
- Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Strong background in software quality assurance and test automation
- Extensive experience in Selenium, Cypress, Java, JMeter, and REST Assured
- Familiarity with Scrum tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and Git/GitLab for version control
- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., HP Quality Center)
- Proficient in Oracle/SQL databases and knowledge of various testing types
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
