Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytical skills to design and analyze electronic invoice processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the flow of invoice reception and support suppliers in transitioning to electronic invoicing.
  • Identify dependencies between application implementations and coordinate with IT development teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios, conduct thorough testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide expert-level functional support to business lines and develop technical documentation.

Qualifications Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • + 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dematerialization tools, electronic invoicing reform applications, Kofax Total Agility, Readsoft Process Director for Accounts Payable, SAP modules process.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
