Vantiva is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a System Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our COUPA/SAP S4 HANA system, which is the primary platform for our procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the COUPA/SAP S4 HANA system, including monitoring its performance and ensuring its high availability.
- Implement system upgrades and patches, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for any system malfunctions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement required changes in the COUPA/SAP S4 HANA system.
- Data Management:
- Assist in performing regular cleansing of master data and transactional data.
- Implement appropriate security measures to ensure the security of the COUPA/SAP S4 HANA system and data.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive system and process improvements.
- Communication and Training:
- Provide training and support to internal users on the use of the COUPA/SAP S4 HANA system.
- Communicate with users regarding any updates to the system or processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in P2P system administration.
- Extensive experience with Coupa P2P solution and SAP S4 HANA administration.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
