Job Description

We seek a seasoned IT Helpdesk Senior Technician for a project in Carcavelos. This role involves providing expert technical support, system maintenance, user assistance, and mentoring junior team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, resolving complex IT issues promptly.
  2. System Administration: Conduct routine maintenance, manage endpoint devices, and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions.
  3. User Enablement: Deliver hands-on support, offer guidance on IT tools, and create user-friendly documentation.
  4. Mentorship and Leadership: Guide junior technicians, set examples, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Project Collaboration: Assist IT management in planning and executing technology-related projects, evaluating new software, and working with vendors.
