The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operating performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results for the property. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the resort's strategic vision, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Providing guidance and leadership to all departments, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring the delivery of unparalleled guest experiences, exceeding expectations and maintaining the resort's reputation as a premier luxury destination.
- Overseeing all operational aspects of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa and wellness, recreational facilities, and other guest amenities.
- Developing and managing the resort's annual budget, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of department heads and employees.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management position within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
