Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of US and Canada corporate income tax returns, quarterly estimates, and extension calculations.
Prepare and review income tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP for US entities, providing reporting packages.
Manage the preparation and review of non-income tax returns (commercial rent, property, etc.).
Maintain the tax calendar to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance.
Requirements:
Degree in Tax or Business.
At least 5 years of experience in tax with a strong understanding of US tax legislation and accounting software (Dynamics 365 and SAP).
Strong English skills and proficiency in tax compliance and accounting software.
Based in Portugal.
