About the Role:

The French Speaking QA Analyst will be responsible for testing within an Agile Team the web portal IARD for Alter Solutions Group. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and challenge user stories to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Develop and follow up test strategy to ensure comprehensive testing
  • Write and review test plans to ensure thorough coverage
  • Define and execute test cases to identify defects
  • Report test status to the project manager

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst in software development
  • Experience with SQL, Jira, functional specifications, manual & automation testing, and Scrum Agile methodologies
  • Strong French communication skills (required); English is a nice-to-have
  • Strong understanding of end-client web-based solutions
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to review and challenge user stories, define test strategy, test plan, and test cases
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with team members
  • Organizational and time management skills
