We are seeking a highly skilled Content Analyst for Social Media to join our team at GrabJobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for moderation of written content, review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderation of written content, usually related to potential fraud
  • Review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines
  • Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; maximum of 12 months experience within Content Moderation
  • Good understanding of KPIs; metrics FCR, SLA, CSAT
