As a key member of the tech department, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring seamless integration of solutions, and communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders. Your expertise in C#, .NET Framework & .NET Core, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch will be crucial in driving business-aligned enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts to identify and prioritize business-aligned enhancements.
- Ensure integration of solutions with existing or new services and applications.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to different stakeholders.
- Program using C# (.NET Framework & .NET Core), and work with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ElasticSearch.
- Resolve requests, manage tasks, and control execution while reporting on project/task evolution.
- Utilize cloud incident management tools and collaborative platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
- Comply with Entity Framework, Web API (Contract-First), and SOAP (WCF).
- Work with SQL Server, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, and Excel Macro (VBA) & Excel Template programming.
- Apply knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and server configuration (cloud-based or not).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience working with .NET C#.
- Expertise in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), RDMS, cloud architectures, microservices, and programming best practices like SOLID principles and clean code.
- Fluent in English, with Portuguese as an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, leadership in Agile environments, and experience in recruiting and managing people.
