Job Role

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data accuracy.

This role involves preparing and managing contracts, taking ownership of the hiring process, and overseeing onboarding for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare and manage contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Take ownership of the hiring process and oversee onboarding
  • Collaborate with accounting partners to ensure timely submissions
  • Maintain and update databases, manage records, and ensure data accuracy
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Logical and structured thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex issues
  • Understanding of accounting principles and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Degree from a globally recognized university and some legal knowledge
