We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Onboarding Expert to join our team at TN Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing PSP onboarding plans, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management. Proven experience in KYC or similar roles within payment services is also essential.
In this role, you will oversee the full onboarding process, including technical integrations, operational setup, testing, and go-live execution. You will build trusted relationships with key PSPs and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and high engagement throughout the onboarding process.
To succeed in this position, you will need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across senior executive stakeholders and store-level teams. Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are also crucial.
