Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Solution Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Modern Work solutions, including Microsoft 365, security, and compliance products. Your technical expertise and strong sales acumen will enable you to deliver custom-tailored solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including M365, Security, Compliance, Copilot & Google Suite* Lead workshops and presentations to educate customers on best practices for implementing these solutions* Manage sales process from qualified opportunity to deal closing, collaborating with our sales team* Identify and engage potential customers to understand business challenges and objectives* Conduct thorough assessments to propose tailored solutions* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in solution selling within the IT ecosystem* Proven knowledge and confidence as a subject matter expert* Ability to lead workshops with customers and partners* Background in presales or technical consulting role preferred* Strong motivation and self-drive, with a customer-oriented mindset* Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
