We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our People team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that employees at Syone have an amazing experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field and a Bachelor or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with employees, promoting direct communication and positive rapport amongst employees and managers, managing training programs, designing and delivering presentations and training materials, organizing events, and monitoring mentoring and coaching programs.
