Financial Crime Operations Team Lead Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 financial crime analysts, ensuring they operate at the best quality performance.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of 10-15 financial crime analysts
  • Ensure daily performance of employees meets SLA expectations (e.g., productivity and quality)
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Challenge processes and procedures in the context of continuous improvement
  • Raise awareness of unusual trends in performance, team attitude, and other management parameters
  • Act as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in ongoing criminal investigations
What We Need
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to communicate positively, effectively, and efficiently with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators
  • Demonstrated sound judgement
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
