About the Opportunity
Join Backbase as a Sales Enablement Director and play a key role in shaping and executing regional plans. You will empower sales and customer success teams, collaborate with regional leadership, and drive growth and success in your regions.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy: Co-drive the execution of regional go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with broader corporate goals;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies for maximum impact;
- Process Improvement: Identify and address bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and customer success operations to enhance efficiency;
- Data & Insights: Deliver performance reports, pipeline trends, and sales forecasts to support informed decision-making;
- Innovation & Growth: Lead initiatives to refine operational processes and enhance the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations roles, with field exposure;
- Software enterprise background preferred;
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari) and marketing automation tools;
- Proven ability to coordinate and drive alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success teams;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
