We are seeking a skilled Account Resolution Advisor to join our European Ship-To-Collect Team. As a key member of our organization, you will support our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
You will play a crucial role in optimizing Customer Experience and Bad Debt while supporting FedEx Strategic accounts.
The successful candidate will have experience in finance collections and invoice disputes, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements:- Required experience: collections & disputes, contact with customers, root causes analysis
- Skills required: Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Microsoft Office & PC Skills; Numerical Skills; Team Working Skills; Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Languages requirement: English is mandatory and other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish
