Job Summary
The Account Manager, Influencer Marketing Specialist for L'Oréal at Samy Alliance is responsible for developing and executing creative and strategic influencer marketing campaigns that meet the client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the L'Oréal and Samy teams to develop campaign proposals and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Influencer Selection: Identify and select suitable influencer profiles for campaigns, creating content calendars and ensuring content quality and requirements are met.
- Performance Supervision: Monitor daily campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Event Support: Assist and support events and brand activations, ensuring proper coordination between influencers and the brand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the booking and data teams to negotiate, identify trends, and generate post-campaign reports.
- Issue Resolution: Provide solutions for any issues that arise during campaign execution, maintaining a proactive and reactive approach.
- Results Analysis: Compile influencer results, draw conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with the data team for additional social listening insights.
