About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious B2B Sales Professional to join our team at goFLUENT Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing the Russian market by prospecting potential clients, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with internal teams to help close sales opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar). Good SaaS and international experience is a plus. You should have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. A proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
